Monument zones

Monument zones are zones were you can find public sculptures or artworks to celebrate or remember an event or person, that are of great importance to many people for cultural or historical reasons. In Turf, a monument zone is a zone located next to the monument.

There are 1614 monument zones in the world and most are in the United Kingdom (596), followed by Sweden (429) and Germany (197).

The most taken monument zone is Aseaströmmen, located in the municipality of Västerås in the region of Västmanland in Sweden.

Medals

Below is a list of medals you can take with the help of a monument zone

Medal Name Description
162.png Monument This medal is worn by the turfers who have taken at least 50 unique monument zones.
Can only be taken once and is replaced by the Monumental medal.
163.png Monumental This medal is worn by the turfers who have taken at least 100 unique monument zones.
Can only be taken once and is replaced by the Monumentalist medal.
164.png Monumentalist This medal is worn by the turfers who have taken at least 250 unique monument zones.
Can only be taken once and is replaced by the Mondo medal.
165.png Mondo This medal is worn by the turfers who have taken at least 500 unique monument zones.
Can only be taken once and replaces the Monumentalist medal.
77.png Orderly III Take a Bridge zone, then a Holy zone, and lastly a Monument zone in less than 20 minutes.
Observe the zones must be taken in right order and none other zones can be taken in between.
Can only be take once.
