Itä-Suomi (Eastern Finland) is one of seven regions in Finland. The region borders with Etelä-Suomi (Southern Finland) in the south west, Länsi- ja Sisä-Suomi (Western and Inner Finland) in the west, Pohjois-Suomi (Northern Finland) in the north and Russia in the east.
