Sundbyberg is a municipality in the region of Stockholm in Sweden. The municipality has about 53,300 inhabitants and is located in its entirety in the province Uppland.

Location[edit]

The municipality is located in the southern part of the province Uppland and consists mainly of areas that once formed parts of Bromma and Spånga socknar in Sollentuna Hundred. Adjacent municipalities are: in the south, west and north Stockholm, in the north also Sollentuna and in the east Solna, all in Stockholm County.

The municipal administration is located in the district Hallonbergen. The municipality's urban areas are included in their entirety in the urban area of Stockholm.
