  • Sørlandet - The most southern part of the country.
  • Trøndelag - on the coast between Vestlandet and Nordnorge, Trondheim is the main city in this region.
  • Vestlandet - On the west coast, the cities of Bergen and Stavanger is in this region.
  • Østlandet - The biggest and most populated part of the country, The natios capital Oslo is in this region.
