• Nordnorge - The far north part of Norway.
• Sørlandet - The most southern part of the country.
• Trøndelag - on the coast between Vestlandet and Nordnorge, Trondheim is the main city in this region.
• Vestlandet - On the west coast, the cities of Bergen and Stavanger is in this region.
• Østlandet - The most populated part of the country, The capital Oslo is in this region.
