Tinkerbell

Tinkerbell is, like Fairy, an automatic system implemented into the system to read and measure the action on several zones.
Tinkerbell works side by side with Fairy but, compared to Fairy, it updates during an ongoing round, much faster. It's primarily target is in 0-PPH zones.
Other facts on how the system works towards other zones not mentioned here is yet unknown.

However speculations says its forces a faster update if the activity
is extremely high on a particular zone. Yet to be proven.
