Background
The possibility to play Turf in leagueform has been around since february 2013. Everything is created by players and as such exists outside the app. Jimo's the one holding the reins while Knegge takes care of the code etc.
Rules and participation
The rules are a lot like in other sports. Each division has a certain number of series. Each serie have 12 seats. Shortly before (usualy 5 minutes) a new round starts the scores freeze and are considered final towards the coming division rotations happening according to the color markings.
If players have notified that they want to quit the league or if they haven't collected 1000 points (marked red) they will be removed at the round end. When that happens that player will be replaced with the player holding the best score either in the division below not already in a seat to advance or one that is marked for demotion in the same division. All depending on who's got the best score.
If you want to participate in the league you go to turf.kng.se/serie and logs in. Use "My profile" to register. When the registration is done you end up in the qualifying division. If there's a problem with creating a login contact Jimo either through PM in turfforums or by using the chat at the bottom of the league and you will be added manualy.
Qualifying Division
At any time you can register to participate in the league. You will then be added to the qualifying division. When the round ends, if all the division 4 series are full the top32 in the qualifying division will receive seats in one of the division 4 series. Remember positions can change at any time since you can register at any time to the qualifying division. Players not qualifying will stay and fight for the positions in the next qualifying round.
Important about Division 4
Before Div 4 is filled up with 12 players in each series the blue markings has no meaning. It's only the red marked players that will be eliminated from the league and those who requested it. When Division 4 have 12 players in each series the blue marked players will fall out of the league and be required to register again.
Divisions and number of players
There's a total of 6 divisions (not including qualifying division) with 32 series of 12 players in each which means there's room for 384 players in the league.
Advancement and Demotion
When the round is complete the scores freeze and shows who will advance and be demoted according to the color markings.
In the "Eliten" (elite): Two is demoted to "Turfettan" (Turf-one).
"Turfettan": Two advance to Eliten. Seat 9 -> 1-1. Seat 10 -> 1-2. Seat 11 -> 1-1. Seat 12 -> 1-2.
Div 1-1: Two advance to Turfettan. Seat 9 -> 2-1. Seat 10 -> 2-3. Seat 11 -> 2-2. Seat 12 -> 2-4.
Div 1-2: Two advance to Turfettan. Seat 9 -> 2-2. Seat 10 -> 2-4. Seat 11 -> 2-1. Seat 12 -> 2-3.
Div 2-1: Seat 1 -> 1-1. Seat 2 -> 1-2. Seat 9 -> 3-1. Seat 10 -> 3-3. Seat 11 -> 3-2. Seat 12 -> 3-4.
Div 2-2: Seat 1 -> 1-2. Seat 2 -> 1-1. Seat 9 -> 3-2. Seat 10 -> 3-4. Seat 11 -> 3-1. Seat 12 -> 3-3.

Leaguegame Widget
There's a Widget (infoscreen for your mobiles homescreen) for the league. With it you don't have to check the web through your computer and so on but always know your position in your series. Lagturf- och Seriespelwidget
Falling out and requesting removal
The ones marked blue in div4 will fall out of the leaguesystem. If you want to try again you need to register again for the qualifying division. You do this under "My profile". If you're higher up in the divisions but for some reason don't want to play anymore you can use "My profile" to deregister. The deregistration is hidden to not disturb the current round. You can reverse your deregistration up until round ends when deregistered players are also removed. If a player has below 1000 points he or she is marked red. A player marked red will also be removed at round end no matter the division.
