The zone is located at the summit of a hill 570m high called Cairn Daimh or Càrn Dàimh (Scottish Gaelic) in the [[Glenlivet Estate]]. The summit is also close to the Bike Glenlivet mountain bike trails. Walking route details can be found on the Walk Highlands website. The summit has a viewfinder which gives the names of nearby hills including some in the [[Cairngorm Cairngorms National Park]].
