KansanZone is a turfzone in the municipality of Turku in the region of Lounais-Suomi (Southwestern Finland) in Finland. The zone is located in the province of Varsinais-Suomi.

Kansanpuisto parkEdit
Kansanpuisto park on Ruissalo Island has offered all Turku residents a chance to relax since the 19th century. Nowadays the area is used as a bathing beach and a pleasant day trip destination. Kansanpuisto park is a unique venue right next to the busy city. On the side of the sea, the park is bounded by the bathing beach and the pleasant tip of the island. The area also has a children’s playground, a volleyball court and a villa with a restaurant.
Kansanpuisto park is known nationwide for the Ruisrock music festival, which has been held in the park since 1972. For large events like Ruisrock, the fields around the area can also be used for the event.
This zone also belong to the original ones Turku from when Turf came to town in 2012.
The zone is one of many you find on the Ruissalo island unique for its nature, culture and history. Once the hunting island for the court of Turku Castle. Nearby zones are PlanePark, JarnonMetsä and PikkuPukki.
