Kuuanvuori is a turfzone in the municipality of Raisio in the region of Lounais-Suomi (Southwestern Finland) in Finland. The Zone is located in the province of Varsinais-Suomi.
Placement
This zone is placed on the top of the Kuuanvuori hill northwest of the Raisio town center.
Kuuanvuori
By order of the Russian emperor, a network of telegraph stations for military use was built during Crimean War on the northern coast of the Gulf of Finland. This was the place was for the station in Raisio, the nearest neighboring stations were in Turku and Nousiainen.
