PyhäPietari is a turfzone in the municipality of Lieto in the region of Lounais-Suomi (Southwestern Finland) in Finland. This zone is located in the province of Varsinais-Suomi and is counted as a holy zone.

Placement

This zone is placed by the Lieto church that is located by the shore of the Aura river.

Lieto Church

Lieto Church is a medieval gray stone church. It was consecrated to St. Peter. The church was probably built between 1470 and 1480.

The church got a new choir in 1902 in neo-Gothic style. The choir is built of red brick. The altarpiece depicts Jesus and the sinner and was painted by Eero Järnefelt in 1908.
