Østlandet (Eastern Norway) is one of five regions in Norway. It is the most populated part of the country. Oslo the capital and biggest city in Norway is in this region.
The region is made up by this four counties (fylker) : Innlandet, Oslo, Vestfold og Telemark and Viken.
Adjacent regions are Sørlandet (Southern Norway) in the southwest, Vestlandet (Western Norway) in the west, Trøndelag in the north and Dalarna, Värmland and Västra Götaland (in Sweden) in the east.
