Jeollabuk (North Jeolla) is one of 15 regions in South Korea. It is a province in the southwestern part of the country and has 1.9 million inhabitants.

Jeonju is the capital and largest city with its 650 000 inhabitants.

Adjacent regions are Chungcheongnam and Chungcheongbuk in the north, Gyeongsangbuk and Gyeongsangnam in the east and Jeollanam to the south.
