Running is a body activity that involves moving quickly with the help of the legs. Running is performed both as an exercise sport and as a sport with a number of competition distances in athletics and cross-country running. These are divided into short, medium and long-distance running (as well as cross-country running). When running, unlike walking, you have both feet regularly above the ground. Running is practiced by runners, who may have different running styles.
Running is also used in connection with exercise (exercise running) and training. A less intense form of exercise is jogging.
You simply run. Faster than walking but usually slower than cycling. However, fatigue usually occurs earlier and the rounds are usually shorter. Just like walking, it is easier to get past obstacles such as gates, logs and stone!
