FriendIsleII is a turf zone in the municipality of Vänersborg in the region of Västra Götaland in Sweden.

Placement

On Jacobs island next to Skräckle Park (footbridge is available), in the northern part of central Vänersborg. Skräckle Park is popularly known as Skräcklan and is a scenic park in central Vänersborg. Skräcklan stretches along Lake Vänern. If you take a car to Skräcklan, there are good free parking nearby.

Skräckle Park

Skräckleparken or Skräckle Park is located in the northern part of Vänersborg city center where the city meets the vast Lake Vänern, the biggest lake in Sweden and third largest lake in Europe. Here you can take a leisurely stroll and look out over Lake Vänern, eat a shrimp sandwich at Skräcklestugan cafe, let the children play in the playground or take a dip in Lake Vänern from one of the several bathing spots.

Jacob's Island

On Jacob's Island the is both ladders and a diving board, here the water is deep on all sides.

History of the zone

Here used to be a turf zone with the name Friendisle but it was moved 2015-09-12 and renamed to FridasZon after a Issue made by Game_shark because the bridge out to the island was temporarily shut down. FridasZon remained where it was moved and a new turf zone was created here 2019-01-19.
