This castle zone is inside Fredriksten Fortress in Halden, It's free to enter the fortress.
In the picture the zone is right down where the cannons and the flagpole is.
Fredriksten Fortress[edit]
The Swedish king Charles XII died just outside the fortress on the 30 november 1718, when the Swedish forces tried to siege the fortress.
