The Dog and the Star[edit]
The wolf statue or The Mover's monument in the center of Perkkaa was commissioned in 1989 by the artist Pekka Nevalainen, who was a resident of Perkkaa at the time. The two-part artwork concretizes man's contact with nature and the relativity of time.
