Two of Finland's four nuclear reactors are on the island of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olkiluoto_Nuclear_Power_Plant Olkiluoto] in Eurajoki, and a third one is under construction. The two other operating reactors are at the [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loviisa_Nuclear_Power_Plant Loviisa Nuclear Power Plant].
The municipality of [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Luvia Luvia] was merged to Eurajoki on 1 January 2017.
The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
