==Results of [[Omgång 46|round 46]]==April was a round for the ladies! Both [[Gold medal|gold ]] and [[Silver medal|silver ]] went to two of our most notorious [[Turfare|turfers ]] around. In first place, with an outrageous score of 852000 852 000 [[Poäng|points ]] and 5773 5 773 [[Zontagning|takeovers ]] (both new records by the way), we find [[Användare:Snusmumriken |Snusmumriken]] from [[Kommun:Linköping|Linköping]]. Her round was indeed filled with achievements, such as a double [[El Staminatore ]] (that's 400 [[Zontagning|takeovers ]] in one day!) and during the round she hit the magic mark of 50000 50 000 [[Zontagning|takeovers ]] in total. She also found the time to visit the [[Event:Borlänge Turf Open 2014|Borlänge Turf Open]], she didn't win here though, that was for her son [[Användare:Thunell|Thunell]]... In second place we find our total points number 1, [[Användare:kingenin|kingenin]]. She scored a nice and easy 573000 573 000 [[Poäng|points ]] for the [[Silver medal|silver]], not bad indeed. In third place we have a newcomer from [[Kommun:Örebro|Örebro]], [[Användare:LUCASochLOVISA|LUCASochLOVISA ]] scored 467000 467 000 [[Poäng|points]]. Congrats to all the medalists!

==[[Bonanza:Stockholm 2014||Bonanza in Stockholm]], 7th of June!==The 7th of May is the last day to sign up for the [[Bonanza]], so if you haven't done it already it's time! We're looking at a new record of participants, last I checked it's about 140 [[Turfare|turfers ]] who have signed up already! Of course the first heat is still open to anyone who forgot to sign up, so we hope to see even more show up. But remember that if you want to compete for the [[Bonanza Gold|gold]], [[Bonanza Silver|silver ]] and [[Bonanza Bronze|bronze ]] medal, better prizes and the awesome [[Turf ]] goodiebag, you need to sign up for heat 2.

Regardless of which heat you will be in (you cant be in both), there will be a lot of fun times, meeting new people, talking [[Turf ]] and of course the gala dinner at The Flying Horse which is the local [[Kommun:Stockholm |Stockholm]] turfers prefered joint for [[Turf ]] meetings.. There will also be fun activities for the kids, especially in between heat 1 and 2! I'm hoping to meet you there! :-)

The first [[Event:Borlänge Turf Open 2014|Borlänge Turf Open ]] was held on April 26th and it was a great day! The weather was absolutely amazing, around 50 [[Turfare|turfers ]] showed up and chased zones and each other for an exciting two hours. It was a very even event aswell, the fight for the top spots was fierce but in the end [[Användare:Thunell|Thunell ]] ended up in first place, before [[Användare:Mörkret|Mörkret ]] in second and [[Användare:UrbanGeeks|UrbanGeeks ]] in third place. The turnout was great, I counted five previous [[Gold medal|gold ]] medalists and quite a few other prominent [[Turfare|turfers ]] had found their way to [[Kommun:Borlänge|Borlänge]]. I hope all of them and more come back next year :-) Also, on the behalf of the [[Event:Borlänge Turf Open 2014|Borlänge Turf Open ]] crew I wish to thank all participants, but also our sponsors Cykelcentrum, Sogeti and Maserfrakt for their great contribution to the prize table!
