Revisit means that if you own a zone you can visit it again 23 hours after your last visit to the zone. On revisit you get half of the take-over points and the zone always gets blocked for 5 minutes regardless of your current rank.
You can revisit a zone an unlimited number of times as long as it is still yours and you wait 23 hours between each revisit. If you perform 50 revisits within 5 days (120 hours) you will be awarded the Revisitor medal:
