Winner zones is awarded to the turfer who has managed to win a game in Turf. To win a game in Turf it requires that you have been the turfer in the world who amassed the most points during the current round.
Contests/comparisons at regional and country level exist and are possible thanks to various divisions. These contests/comparisons however, doesn't give the winner a very own winner zone.
