Main page prototype
The main page prototype serves as a resource to prepare and discuss changes to the main page before rolling out the changes. This may also serve as a way for users which lack the permissions to change the main page directly to discuss and make changes to the main page, which a Wiki Manager will then carry out.
Guidelines for editing
Before applying your changes
Provide summary
Please provide a general summary of the changes applied. It can be as simple as "corr" (grammar correction), "patch" (general fix) or longer summaries. It serves to get a better overview of the changes applied to the prototype and the magnitude of those changes. Thank you!
Update prototype version
Before finishing your edit, adjust the prototype version accordingly:
- Very minor changes (like a missing character or symbol) increase the fourth digit, e.g. 0.0.0.0 -> 0.0.0.1
- Minor edits (a few words to several sentences) increase the third digit, e.g. 0.0.0.0 -> 0.0.1.0
- Major edits (new features, paragraphs or other major implementations) change the second digit, e.g. 0.0.0.0 -> 0.1.0.0
- Complete overhauls and/or achieved major milestones of the main page change the first digit, e.g. 0.0.0.0 -> 1.0.0.0
Note: Digits in a particular area can exceed 9 without any problems at all, e.g. 0.0.0.10 or 0.1.12.34.

Welcome to the official TurfWiki!TurfWiki is a project aiming to include everything about the location-based video game Turf. You are free to contribute to and expand the information on the site, but as a protective measure we need you to ask for an account before you can start editing. You can ask for an account here. When approved, a good place to start as a TurfWiki editor is to briefly look up the editing guide to view current praxis and tips to create great articles. You can see what others have been up to recently via recent changes. Thank you for your contribution! |
