Changes

A [[turfer]] belongs to the region in which he/she has taken done the most points takeovers in the current [[round]]. The turfer that accumulates the most points in a region in a round receives the [[Medals#Placement_medals|Region medal]]. This applies to all regions where there is at least five turfers active during the current roundand also belongs to the region when the round ends.
