A players takeover time is the number of seconds he/she has to stand inside a zone in order to take it.
For new turfers the takeover time is 45 seconds which is the maximum. The takeover time is reduced by achieving new ranks and can be further reduced by 5 seconds when being regionlord and by the GPS-bonus.
