A players [[turfer]]'s '''takeover time''' is the number of seconds he/she has to stand inside a [[zone ]] in order to take it.
For new turfers the takeover time is 45 seconds which is the maximum. The takeover time can be reduced down to 25 seconds by achieving new [[ranks]] and can be further reduced by 5 seconds both when being [[regionlord]] and when the [[GPS-bonus]] is active. So the shortest takeover time is 15 seconds.
