Finland's largest and oldest city [[park ]] is the place for recreation in [[Turku]]. Kupittaa Park is popular with fitness buffs come summer or winter. It's the destination of choice for ice skaters in the winter, in-line skaters in the summer, skateboarders, cyclists, ballplayers, petanque enthusiasts and everyone out for some exercise. Pump some iron at the gym or hit the lanes at the bowling hall. The name for the zone comes from a now demolished adventure playground for children.
