Placement[edit]
The zone is located at the ruin of a cathedral in the centre of Elgin. It is necessary to pay for entry to the cathedral grounds, but possible to take the zone from outside the fence.
Elgin Cathedral[edit]
Elgin Cathedral was established in the year 1224 and damaged by fire on 3 separate occasions in the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries. It is now a historic ruin and maintenance and visiting are managed by Historic Scotland .
