Update for new rules
A '''round''' in Turf is a period of four or five weeks - which in days gives either 28 or 35 game days.
A new round begins immediately after the previous round has been completed. This shift between rounds is always 1112:00 [[UTC]] Central Eurpoean Time or Central Eurpoean Summer Time (when applicable) on the first Sunday closest to the current in every month.
When a new round starts all the zones in the game automatically becomes [[neutral]].
