Tinkerbell is an automatic system which adjusts a zones takeover points and the amount of points per hour its owner is awarded with.
The adjustments are based on how often the zone is taken and other factors deemed relevant by the Turf developers.
Tinkerbell can make changes during a round and with shorter intervals than Fairy.
