The zone is on a piece of closed highway, which was cut off when the tunnel system of Södra Länken was opened. There are plans to build a few thousand homes here.
Location
The zone is located in the middle of a stretch of closed highway, almost 1 km long, between the residential area of Årsta and the Årsta field, south of central Stockholm.
