Edvinstigen

Edvinstigen is a fitness trail that has been named after the Vaasa-born artist Edvin Hevonkoski, who in his art was inspired by Finnish literature and politics. In addition to art, there is also a trench, a korsu and a smoke sauna. The park has twice been awarded as Finland's best outsider art park. The path is lined with Edvin Hevonkoski's artwork, the works are more than 100 in number, mostly of metal, wood and scrap that were created between the beginning of the 1980s and the beginning of the 2000s.

Edvin Hevonkoski died in 2009.
