Länsi- ja Sisä-Suomi (Western and Inner Finland) is one of seven regions in Finland. The region borders with Pohjois-Suomi (Northern Finland) in the north east, Itä-Suomi (Eastern Finland) in the east, Etelä-Suomi (Southern Finland) in the south east and Lounais-Suomi (Southwest Finland) south west.
