Andvaranaut is a turfzone in the municipality of Mariehamn in the region of Åland in Finland.
Andvaranaut[edit]
Andvaranaut is the finnish winner zone for round 36. The winner Andvare did this by collecting 57 500 points.
In Norse mythology, Andvaranaut is the name of the magic ring that was part of the dwarf Andvares treasure. When Andvare is forced to give up the treasure to Loki, he gives the ring a curse. The ring then changes owners, first to Reidmar, then Fafner, then to Sigurd Fafnesbane. The effect of the curse caused the sudden death of all who owned it.
Placement[edit]
The zone is placed in northeastern Mariehamn, on a jetty between Mariebad and Båtnabben.
Directions[edit]
From Mariebad follow the cycle path to Båtnabben. Look for a gate on the right side and go out on the jetty to the zone.
