Moray is a municipality in the region of Scotland in United Kingdom. The municipality has about 95,000 inhabitants and is located in the northeastern part of the region.
Moray (Scots: Moray; Scottish Gaelic: Moreibh) is one of Scotland's 32 council areas. Historically part of the county of Banffshire and formerly part of the Grampian region.

Moray is located in the north east of Scotland with coastline on the Moray Firth.
The municipality borders Aberdeenshire to the east and south, and Highland to the west.

Other towns are Forres, Keith, Lossiemouth, Fochabers, Aberlour and Dufftown.
