Baden-Württemberg is a region in southwestern Germany. The region encompasses the bundesland with the same name and has about 11 miljon inhabitants.
Bordering regions are Rheinland-Pfalz (Rhineland-Palatinate) in the northwest, Hessen (Hesse) in the north, Bayern (Bavaria) in the east, Switzerland in the south and France in the west.

There are 145 turfzones in the region, where three are counted as world heritage sites, five train station zones, one national park zone, five monument zones, 15 holy zones, one summit zone, nine bridge zones, three castle zones and one ruin zone.
