Greater London is one of twelve regions in the United Kingdom. The region covers the area around the capital London and has about nine million inhabitants.

Adjacent regions are South East England in the south and East of England in the north.

Municipalities

In Turf, the region of Greater London consists of two municipalities, City of London and London, the latter consists of the 32, in Turf merged, London boroughs.
