Noord-Brabant is one of twelve regions in the Netherlands. The region includes the province of the same name and has about 2.5 million inhabitants.
The capital of the province is 's-Hertogenbosch while the largest city is Eindhoven. Other major cities are Tilburg and Breda.
Adjacent regions are Zeeland in the west, Zuid-Holland in the northwest, Gelderland in the northeast, Limburg in the east and Belgium in the south.
