Ouder-Amstel is a municipality in the region of Noord-Holland (North Holland) in the Netherlands. The municipality has about 14,000 inhabitants.

The municipality is located south of Amsterdam.
Adjacent municipalities are Amstelveen in the west, Amsterdam in the north and east, Diemen in the northeast and De Ronde Venen in the Utrecht region in the south.
