Gyeongsangbuk (North Gyeongsang) is one of 15 regions in South Korea. It is a province in the eastern part of the country. In total, the province has 2.7 million inhabitants.

The capital is Daegu and covers the same area as the region of Daegu.

Adjacent regions are Ulsan, Gyeongsangnam and Daegu in the south, Jeollabuk in the west, Chungcheongbuk in the northwest and Gangwon in the north.
