Georgia, (Georgian: საქართველო, Sakartvelo), is a country in Europe and Asia, which has about 3.7 million inhabitants.
The capital and largest city is Tbilisi. Other major cities are Batumi, Kutaisi and Rustavi.
Georgia is located in Eastern Europe and borders the Black Sea to the west, Russia to the north and northeast, Turkey and Armenia to the south, and Azerbaijan to the southeast.

There are 22 turf zones in the country all belonging to the same and only region, Georgia (not to be confused with the state and region of Georgia in the United States). Three of these zones are counted as world heritage sites, one train station zone, one monument zone, three holy zones and two bridge zones.
